A: I recommend my Simple Skincare Routine to ensure your skin gets the daily hydration & moisturization it needs while also not overwhelming the skin.
Q: Important skincare tips?
A: Consistency consistency consistency! Also, what goes inside your body is just as important as what goes on top. Make sure your eating your fruits/veggies and drinking lots of water to give your skin the nutrients it needs to flourish!
Q: When will I receive an order confirmation email?
A: Immediately after your order has been placed, a confirmation email with your order number is automatically sent to the email that you entered in at checkout. Orders ship in 5-7 business days (you will receive an additional email with your tracking number).
Q: I see there are 3 different Face Oils which should I choose?
A: All my face oils are extremely effective and will give your skin a variety of nutrients. My Glow Face Oil is recommend for those with sensitive skin as its the most gentle. My Rose Face Oil (personal fav) is for all skin types. Lastly, my Dark Spot Fade Face Oil is for all skin types yet specifically targets hyperpigmentation.
Q: What should I do if I accidentally put the wrong address or forgot my apartment number on my order?
After your order ships out I am no longer responsible for the invalid address associated with the order; the order will arrive to whatever address you entered in at checkout. So please double check before submitting!
Q: I left my body butter in the car/sun and it melted. What should I do?
A: Since Endora's Organics uses real, all-natural ingredients, melting is a simple natural reaction to the heat. Simply put the product in a cool room or in the refrigerator to solidify it and the consistency will become like a balm.
Q: Any words of advice?
A: Don't be so hard on yourself. Our skin is constantly going through changes due to fluctuating hormones, the foods we eat, weather, stress and so many other factors. Be kind and patient to yourself and your skin. You are BEAUTIFUL.
